Warm Up

The Thang:

Pyramid to RIVALS (since it was Rivals Weekend in College Football)

R- Burpees (5)

I- Imperial walkers (10)

V- Tricep Pushups (15)

A- Air Jacks (20)

L- Lunge Jumps (25)

S- Squats (30)

Between each round we did a lap around the pickle.  So we did the R, then ran a lap. Did the R and I, then ran a lap.  Did the R, I, V and then ran a lap.  Once we got to the top, we came back down, eliminating the first exercise.
