Warm-up (the usual)

The Thang: Tabata Timer:   We did 42 seconds on (because that’s my age now) and 11 second rest (for the Month of November).   We repeated each set 3 times and then did 5 spider jumps (for Nov 5).   Weights of choice.

Set 1: Push-ups, Bicep curls, Calf raises

Set 2: Plank with X reach. Hallelujahs, Mary Lou’s March/lunge with a twist

Set 3: RDL’s, Mountain Climbers, Squats,

Set 4: Big Girls sit ups, American hammers, Ankle Biters

Set 5: Side plank (L), Bicycles, Side plank (R)

And then we just ran out of time!
