Warm Up: Mosey round the pickle; good mornings and Toy Soldiers while everyone circled up. There’s the whole discussion re:toy soldier technique – do you take a step into your toy soldier or do you just lift your leg from where you stand? Then the fun starts with Shuffle R to 4 count, then 4 count Windmills. Continue until back to original starting spot. Rinse + repeat Shuffle L w/ 4 count cherry pickers. I get a kick out of this warm up every time. No matter how many times I call it, we struggle with shuffling, or timing our Windmills, or something. It’s hilarious! Reebok asked which is harder – trying to wrangle FiA or managing my playgroup?! LOL! We completed some arm circles and phelps before moving on to the Thang.
