We circled up with our weights and mats and some snazzy birthday headgear Fixer Upper brought for the Q.   After a warm up we got started with the Thang: 33 sec on/12 sec off, everything with weights and stayed on the same leg then switched to the other side (when applicable).
1) Curtsey lunge with bicep curl
2) Lunge to single leg stance with halos
3) Single leg RDL with row
4) Step ups with overhead hold
5) DL RDL with kickbacks
6) DL RDL with reverse fly
7) Squat to single leg thrust
8) Windmills (wide leg stance, weight straight up, lean to unweighted side)
9) Single leg bridge with fly
10) Single leg bridge with chest press
11) DL bridge with skull crushers
12) Woodchoppers
13) Raggedy Anns with weights
14) Plank pull thrus
15) Dead bugs with weights
We did two rounds and then finished with our COT and NameORama.  No better way to start my birthday then with y’all!
