BINGO Game – Fitness BINGO (originally designed for kids, but had some great workouts on it for adults too)! Everyone got a different BINGO card. Q School was also incorporated into the entire workout, highlighting key points and tips to Q-ing for FiA workouts.

Abs: 15 leg lifts, 15 LBC’s, 15 Bicycles (HC)
