Disclaimer & Warm Up

We started w/ lower body warm ups and then moseyed around the large pickle, stopping to warm up our upper body along the way.

The Thang:
Kraken – the mythical beast with 8 arms 🙂

8 cones – at each cone is an exercise

Complete 20 reps of each exercise, then run the pickle go PAST the cone where you started to the next cone. Complete the exercise. Run the pickle and go PAST the cone you just completed to the next cone, etc, until all 8 are complete.

When finished w/ all 8 cones, start again w/ 15 reps at each cone, then 10, then 5. This is your workout! You can make this as easy or as hard as you want, depending on how fast you go

COT: Hunter Games is officially 6 years old this month!  It’s special to me because it’s the first FiA workout I attended over 5 years ago.

I look back to that time when I built up the courage to show up. It was hard to show up not knowing anyone. I had convinced myself I didn’t need to workout with anyone – I was just fine on my own. I didn’t know what I didn’t know. And, now with the help of FiA, I am running (alot! And, when I started a despised running) and doing alot of things I didn’t think I was capable of. Never once has anyone in FiA made me less than because I’m slower or older. FiA has been such a blessing to me. So, keep showing up. You never know what will happen in 5 years!

Happy birthday Hunter Games!!
