The Thang:
Kraken – the mythical beast with 8 arms 🙂 

8 cones – at each cone is an exercise

Complete 20 reps of each exercise, then carry weights or run around the pickle go PAST the cone where you started to the next cone. Complete the exercise. Carry weights around the pickle or run and go PAST the cone you just completed to the next cone, etc, until all 8 are complete. 

When finished w/ all 8 cones, start again w/ 15 reps at each cone, then 10, then 5. This is your workout! You can make this as easy or as hard as you want, depending on how fast you go

Hallelujahs, Curb Squats, Dips, Jumping Jacks, Shoulder Taps, Monkey Humpers, Raggedy Anns, Mountain Climbers

Abs: Plank Partner High 5 Pushups

Partner Up for Friends Song: Hold Plank facing your partner, high five 5 times, then push up, continue for duration of song

 20 LBC’s, Bear Hold taps, Ankle Biters, Bicycles
