Disclaimer/Warm up: Dynamic warm up toward the skate park

The Thang:

5-4-3-2-1 traveling workout: 

Jog to parking lot by Villages for our 5 minute set:

1 min Burpees

1 min Shoulder Taps

1 min Monkey Humpers

1 min Plank Jacks

1 min Sparky Crabs

 

Jog to Lidl parking lot  for 4 minute set:

1 min Squats

1 min Mtn Climbers

Repeat 2x each.  Q had trouble with math, but thanks to a quick thinking Pax, we stopped after 6 min. 

Jog up Peakway, left at Ambergate and into storage building parking lot for 3 minute set:

1:30 secs push ups

1:30 secs tricep dips

Jog back to large parking lot for 2 minute set:

1:00 secs sumo squat oblique bend

1:00 secs jump squats

1 minute set:

30 sec side plank each side

Mosey back to parking lot for standing Abs
