- Ankle Jumping Jack (in place)
- Lateral Band Walk (right side and left side – moving to each light pole)
- Standing Glute Kick (in place)
Cardio: Jump squats and Mountain climbers – 15 each
- Squat to Lateral Leg Lift (in place)
- Clamshell (in place on ground)
- Banded Walk (in squat position the whole time – walk to next light pole)
Cardio: Push-ups and high knees – 15 each
- Donkey Kick (in place)
- Overhead outward push (walking)
- Fire Hydrant (in place)
Cardio: Jumping jacks and plank jacks – 15 each
- Hip Bridges with Alternating Leg Extension (in place)
- Triceps with band (walking)
- Hip Bridge Pulse (in place)
