Cardio: Jump squats and Mountain climbers – 15 each

  • Squat to Lateral Leg Lift (in place)
  • Clamshell (in place on ground)
  • Banded Walk (in squat position the whole time – walk to next light pole)

Cardio: Push-ups and high knees – 15 each

  • Donkey Kick (in place)
  • Overhead outward push (walking)
  • Fire Hydrant (in place)

Cardio: Jumping jacks and plank jacks – 15 each

  • Hip Bridges with Alternating Leg Extension (in place)
  • Triceps with band (walking)
  • Hip Bridge Pulse (in place)

Cardio: Butt kicks and Burpees – 15 each

  • Scapular retraction (walking)
  • Leg kicks (in place – each leg 15 times)
