Is 5:30 am too early to dance?  Not for Bon Voyage!
Had a great time moving and grooving with my favorite peeps!  We may not have made it much past the grapevine, but it think I saw a chest pump or two out there 🙂

Warm-Up:   Dancy warm up head to toes.  Neck rolls, shoulder rolls, arm circles, ribcage separation, hips, knees and ankles.  Jacks 

Round 1:  1 minute work each exercise. 

Toes: March , Knee up and out

Ankles: Standing Reverse Kick, Side Kick ,

Thighs: Walking forward lunge and backward lunge

Squats

Lateral walk

Dance (3 minutes)

Round 2: long bands

Overhead press and squat

Katniss  (L R)

Fly

Tricep to side of body (LR)

Bench press (standing)

Cross body pull 

Dance (2 minutes)

Round 3: Mat and Circle bands

Glute bridge  with march

Clam Shells (L R)

Side plank with leg lift (L R)

Croc planks

Jack Knifes

Dance (3 minutes)

 

ABORAMA – I make this up as we go.  It was pretty good though!
