Plank walks- each side- bands around ankle

Plank knee raises- band around on sole of feet

Mountain climbers- band around sole of feet

Dead Bug- band around on sole of feet

Russian Twist- band under feet held by hands

Ended with stretching the hip flexors and then arms and shoulders
