Deadlift with band under feet – 25 total

Standing Clamshell with band above knee – 25 total

Side lying leg raises with band around ankles – 25 each leg

Side Crab Walk with band around the ankle – 25 total

Scissor toe tap with band around the ankle – 25 each leg

Forward Crab Walk with band around ankle – 25 each leg

Donkey kicks with band around the knee/right above it – 25 each leg

Mountain climbers with band around the knees – 25 each leg
