Beethoven gave disclaimer – Warm-up Began! Good mornings, arm circles (big), toy soldiers, arm circles (small), butt kicks, high knees and then run the pickle.

A FiA lady pulled out a card from the bag and read aloud the workout that Pax would complete.

We also had time for Ring of Fire-Pax hold plank while one lady did 10 squat jumps! We made it through about 6 people before time was called.
