A FiA lady pulled out a card from the bag and read aloud the workout that Pax would complete.

  11. 20 Black off Plank to Shoulder Taps
  12. 20 Donkey Kicks
  13. 20 Glute Bridges
  14. 20 Star Jumps
  15. 20 LBC’s
  16. 20 Jump Lunges
  17. 20 Bicycle Crunches
  18. 1 Minute Plank
  19. 20 Plank Jacks
  20. Skip Around the Small Pickle
  21. 20 Pushups
  22. 20 Squats

We also had time for Ring of Fire-Pax hold plank while one lady did 10 squat jumps! We made it through about 6 people before time was called.
