Billy Madison – 12 reps of 12 Exercises starting with grade 1 – travel between grades

Complete grades 1 & 2 – travel, & so on accumulating, until all grades are completed

Change up travel each time to include run, run backwards, side shuffles, skips, sprints, walk w/weights

1st Grade – Overhead Press

2nd Grade – Dead lifts

3rd Grade – Bicep curls

4th Grade – Kettlebell swings

5th Grade – Weighted Glute Bridges

6th Grade – Renegade Rows EC

7th Grade – Squats

8th Grade – Tricep Extensions

9th Grade – Blast off’s

10th Grade – plank pull thrus EC

11th Grade – Bear Hold Taps

12th Grade – Push ups
