Before school:

We started with the disclaimer, then warmed up: good mornings, runners stretch, arm circles, butt kickers, high knees.

Then we took the bus to school (LA Freeway).

We divided into 4 groups of 3 and went to class.  Each class had 4 exercises that we did for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in-between (except for Math).  In order to switch classes, we had to go down the hall (run the small loop).

ENGLISH (ABCs – on your back…)

  • Spell the alphabet
  • Exclamation Points (heels to heaven)
  • Erase the Board (legs together, sweep horizontally while lowering/raising)
  • Scissor Kicks

HISTORY

  • Toy Soldiers
  • Military Step-ups (regular step-ups)
  • Soldier Jacks (jumping jacks)
  • Lt Dan Taylors (1 squat, 4 lunges)

SCIENCE

  • Monkey Humpers
  • Sparky Crabs
  • Alligator Push-ups
  • Froggers

FOREIGN LANGUAGE

  • Russian Twists
  • Paris Push-ups (regular push-ups)
  • Bulgarian Split Squats L (squat with 1 leg on the bench behind you)
  • Bulgarian Split Squats R (squat with 1 leg on the bench behind you)

MATH (exercises summed 12, hold squat if you finish before the timer)

  • 1 Burpee + 11 Tricep Dips
  • 2 Push-ups + 10 Mountain Climbers
  • 3 Big Girl Sit-ups + 9 LBDs
  • 4 Skaters + 8 Raggedy Anns
  • 5 Jumping Jacks + 7 Plank Jacks
  • 6 Alternating Shoulder Taps + 6 Glute Bridges

And then all together we went to PE Class

  • Volleyball Shuffle
  • Cheerleader Star Jumps
  • Basketball Jump Squats
  • Soccer Sprints
