DORA – 100 Hallelujahs, 200 LBCs, 300 Glute Bridges

4 Corners with 7s  – We did a set of 7s at each of the 4 corners.  Corner 1:  Dips and Push Ups. Side Shuffle half the distance between the corners.  Corner 2: Squats and Monkey Humpers. Jog half the distance between the corners. Corner 3: Lunges (HC) & Windmills (HC). Side Shuffle half the distance between the corners. Corner 4: American Hammers & Jackknives. Jog half the distance between the corners.  Finished with PAX choice abs in sets of 25.
