Round 1 (45 seconds each with med weights)

  • Alternating shoulder press, palms inward;
  • bicep curls;
  • V press palms inward;
  • palms inward, shoulder press up then down;
  • in squat, leaning forward: hold 1 weight for alternating tricep row then extend straight arms upward.

Fast walk the pickle

Round 2 (at picnic table bench) 45 seconds each

  • seated scissor kick;
  • seated tap toes out and in then crunch;
  • seated toy soldiers;
  • from seated position, standing crunch, alternating elbow to knee then sit and repeat;
  • seated alternating knee taps;

Fast walk the pickle

Round 3 (45 seconds each)

  • with weight in opposite hand of lunge direction, lunge right and touch weight to inside the foot;
  • same as above but to the left;
  • with band above knee, standing abduction right;
  • same as above but left;
  • with band above knees, elevated side clamshell right side;
  • same as above but left side.

Fast walk to skatepark and 2 rounds of running dropping in and out of the bowl. (optional) Alternative is burpees  on deck.

Return to mats: (45 seconds each)

  • ankle biters;
  • standing with 1 weight; pass the weight around hip level
