We had a tabata Tuesday all while wondering if the flagpoles were watching and taking pictures of us? Things that make you go hmmm….
We used our walk to the front of the library with our gear as a light warm-up followed by a few quick stretches.
The Thangs:
30 sec on, 10 sec rest for bicep curls, tricep extensions and jumping jacks – repeat 3x
30 sec on, 10 sec rest for flys, bent over row and butt kickers – repeat 3x
30 sec on, 10 sec rest for push ups, supermans and high kneews – repeat 3x
30 sec on, 10 sec rest for lunges, squats and jump rope in place – repeat 3x
30 sec on, 10 sec rest for RDL right leg, RDL left leg and seal jacks – repeat 2x
30 sec on, 10 sec rest for LBCs, American Hammers and holding plank – repeat 3x
