The Thang:

Start off under the shelter to complete a Santa Set. Everything is easy count

  • N – Narwhals  – 20 
  • T – Twinkle Toes 20 – Squats with Arms out, Calf Raises
  • A – American Hammer – 20

On the way to the planter boxes, grab a rock

Mosey to planter boxes to deliver packages

With our package, start w/ 5 OH press at 1st box, mosey to 2nd planter box w/ your package and complete 10, all the way to the last planter box, increasing by 5’s. 

Start from last box work our way back to first box – bicep curls w/package. Rinse and repeat w/ side to side rotations and tricep extensions. In between delivering our packages, we completed various run drills run down and back, shuttle run, and a give it all you got.

Q said we could return packages to their spots but changed her mind on the way back. Pax circled up to chop down our Christmas Trees! For the length of the song “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree, we completed wood chops w/our package alternating sides. 

THEN we were done with our packages. After returning our packages, we circled up for Feliz Navidad Burpees: Everytime you hear Feliz Navidad or Merry Christmas do a burpee! Total reps: 39!
