We started under the shelter for disclaimer & Warm up: good mornings, toy soldiers, arm circles, jumping jacks and an extended pyramid warm up
20 seconds – Jump Squats
25 seconds – Shoulder Taps
30 seconds – Boy Bands
35 seconds – Dips
40 seconds – Calf raises
45 seconds – Squat Hold
50 seconds – Plank
45 seconds – Squat Hold
40 seconds – Calf Raises
35 seconds – Dips
30 seconds – Boy Bands
25 seconds – Shoulder Taps
20 seconds – Jump Squats
After the pyramid, we moved out to the pickle where the air was moving a bit more. Partner up w/ someone about the same speed…to run or walk the pickle in opposite directions. When you meet your partner, do 10 star jumps, 10 Squats, 10 Monkey Humpers & continue on in the direction you were going. When you meet up w/ your partner again, complete 9 of the same exercises, continue in like fashion all the way down to 1
We grabbed our mats and circled up in the parking lot for the next portion of the workout – where I recycled part of Walkman’s Cinco De Mayo Q from 2 years ago

And we ended with 7 burpees since we hadn’t done any the whole workout! Thanks to Helium for the # suggestion, otherwise we’re doing 24 🙂
