  1. warm up jog down Academy  (10 mins) stopped 3 times to do 60 jumping jacks at 1st stop, 60 butt kickers at 2nd stop, and 60 high knees at 3rd stop
  2. Stretch and explain stations (5 min)
  3. Stations- 1 min per exercise w/ 15 sec rest & rotation **2 rounds** (~18 min)
  1. Squat with kettlebell
  2. Bicycles
  3. Jump rope
  4. Bicep curl then overhead press w/ 10lbs dumbbells
  5. Bridge with band
  6. Alternate reverse lunge
  7. Shuttles
  1. Jog Academy again (10 min) stopped 3 times to do 60 shoulder taps at 1st stop, 60 mountain climbers at 2nd stop, and 60 knee to elbows at 3rd stop
  2. Abs -60 LBCs
