Popsicle sticks: plain sticks (resistance/core exercises) and colored sticks (aerobic exercises). Each stick had an exercise. PAX took turns picking a stick, alternating between plain and colored. We completed them all and had enough time to choose about 6 more.

Plain sticks:

  1. Plank with Shoulder tap HC 5
  2. Plank Pull Thru HC 10
  3. Split Squat R (10), L (10)
  4. Wood Chop R(10), L (10)
  5. Bicep curls – 20
  6. Triceps extension – 20
  7. Brooke Burke HC 10 (or are these called hip dips??)
  8. Windshield wipers HC 10 – arms to side for support
  9. Dead bug with weights 20
  10. Squats w/ outer thigh HC 10
  11. Squats w/ glute squeeze HC 10
  12. Renegade Row HC 5

Colored sticks:

  1. Jumping Jacks – 20
  2. Jumping Jacks with hands on hips – 10
  3. Plank Jacks – 20
  4. Mountain Climbers – 20
  5. Skaters HC 20
  6. toy soldiers/butt kickers – around the pickle
  7. Walk the pickle
  8. Burpees – 10

Finished with Captain Thor ab work – 1BGSU+4 American Hammers; 2BGSUs+8 American Hammers, etc. We got up to 6 BGSUs+24 American Hammers.
