Various Warm up exercises under the shelter in case of rain
The Thang:
Descending Ladders

Start w/ 10 reps of 4 exercises.  Rinse and repeat w/ 9 reps all the way down to 1. In between sets, complete 10 burpees or run the pickle
Set 1: Step Ups, Incline Push ups, Kettlebell swings, OH Press

Walk the pickle – afterwards, we moved our things to the parking lot because there was zero rain – but the humidity was something else!

Set 2: Woodchops R, Woodchops L, Split Squat R, Split Squat L (completed reps 10, 9, 8, 7)

Set 3: Kneeling Bicep Curls, Skull Crushers w/ glute bridge, Weighted Full Sit ups, Renegade Rows (completed reps 10, 9, 8, 7)

Abs/Glutes: Pax pick from the cup, complete for 30 sec
