It started with a quick disclaimer and led pax through a quick warmup. Shoulder rolls forward and back, arm circles forward and back, inchworms with the world’s best stretch.
THANG: Pain Train
Pax completes an exercise while one person runs/walks the pickle – once back from the run, they call on another Pax member to run. Once everyone finishes with their pickle – we switch exercises. Oh my, did this workout HURT!
Here are our exercises:
- burpees
- wall-sits
- hallelujahs
We took a quick break, and we did 2 minutes of paincakes. Do one big-girl-sit-up, flip over, and do one push-up! Rinse and repeat until 2 minutes is up.
- crunches
- plank jacks
- butt kickers
It ended with another 2 minutes of paincakes. Do one big-girl-sit-up, flip over, and do one push-up! Rinse and repeat until 2 minutes is up. This workout kicked my rear, and I will keep it in my rotation. You are welcome.
