It was a small but mighty crowd that showed up to start the day and the week together.  After a quick warm-up, we launched into the first part of the workout: a round of 7’s.  From there, it was time for a pain train with a mix of upper body, legs, and core.  Wouldn’t you know that we had just enough time left for a little more core work that surely made everyone super happy.  Kinda.  Maybe.
