Warm-up: Good mornings, small arm circles, high knees, butt kicks, Phelps, big arm circles and jumping jacks.
Repeat this workout twice through! Tabata timer: 45 minutes of work and 15 seconds rest (first round). 30 minutes of work and 10 seconds of rest (second round).
Upper Body weights:
Shoulder Press
Upright Rows

Biceps
Cardio: Run pickle 1st round – Mountain Climbers 2nd round
Lower Body weights:
Sumo Squats
Dead lifts
Goblet Squats
Lunges
Squat Pulses
Cardio: Run pickle 1st Round – Plank Jacks 2nd round
Full body:
Side raises while holding a narrow squat position
Front raises while holding a sumo squat position
Weighted Glute Bridges
Plank shoulder taps and renegade rows
Side planks with swinging around underneath
Cardio: Run pickle 1st round – Inch Worms 2nd round
ABS: PAX Choice of either LBC’s, Russian Twists or Push-ups for 3 full minutes! You choose!
