We warmed up and ran around the track. Then we completed 4 corners with a stop in the middle for abs in between each corner.

Round 1: 20 pushups, 20 alternating lunges, 20 bicep curls, 20 jump squats with ab island of 20 LBCs. Run around the track.

Round 2: 20 monkey humpers, 20 lateral lunges, 20 triceps extensions, 20 mountain climbers, with abs island of 20 reverse crunches. Run around the track.

Round 3: 20 imperial walkers, 20 reverse lunges, 20 overhead press, 15 burpees with abs of 20 bicycles.

We ended with Name-a-Rama and COT – “There have been a lot of sets that I haven’t felt like finishing, but I’ve never regretted doing the workout. There have been a lot of articles I haven’t felt like writing, but I’ve never regretted publishing on schedule. There have been a lot of days I’ve felt like relaxing, but I’ve never regretted showing up and working on something that was important to me.”
