  3. Monster Walk to 3rd light post
    1. Shoulder Press (30)
  4. Walking Lunge to 4th light post
    1. Scarecrow (30)
  5. High Knees to 5th light post
    1. Triceps Extension (30)
  6. Bear Crawl To 6th light post
    1. Bicep Curls (30 each side)
