While one partner began the exercises in the list below, the other partner had the option to walk or run in the large parking lot at the usual Hunter Street park.

  • 50 low plank to bear plank
  • 100 lunges with bicep curl (easy count – alternating sides)
  • 150 goblet squats
  • 200 skaters (HC)
  • 150 Dead bugs (HC)
  • 100 big girl sit ups
  • 50 tricep dips
