A Day at the Beach

Starting with one Pax, pick a slip of paper from the bucket, draw that beach item (while the group does hallelujahs), then the group completes the exercise for 45 sec. Pass the bucket and repeat until all exercises are complete. 

  1. Seashells – Single leg standing 12/3/6’s w/band R (next round L)
  2. Crabs – Around the world rack at shoulder- march w/opposite leg
  3. Waves – Squat balance push
  4. Sun – Kettle bell swings
  5. Sunscreen – Crossbody lateral raise 
  6. Seagulls – Cardio of Choice
  7. Sandcastle – Glute Bridge Marches
  8. Beach Umbrella – R side leg swings (PT next round L)
  9. Sand – Lateral Walk w/ band (straight leg)
  10. Surfboard – Single leg balance row transfer row R (next round L)
  11.      Jellyfish – Cardio of Choice
  12. Sunglasses – Cardio of Choice
  13. Bucket & Shovel – Curb Squats
  14. Kites – Deadbugs
  15. Seaweed – Woodchops R (next round L)
  16. Lifeguard Stand – Lying Side leg lifts R (next round L)
  17. Umbrella Drink – Squat Push Press (Squat while in squat position Push weight out/in front, stand/then press overhead)
  18. Palm Tree – Renegade Row
  19. Beach Ball – Dips
  20. Shark – Cardio of Choice
