The Thang:  Pax moseyed to church where there’s a nice hill leading to the parking lot. At bottom of hill complete each exercise, with Pax counting out loud. Beethoven (aka The Pacer!) led the way as Pax ran up & down hill before moving on to the next exercise. Start with 99 work our way down to 11 and then back up to 99 (shout out to FiA Greenville SC for this idea!)
