We warmed up with some jumping jacks, good mornings, arm circles, runner’s lunge and a few other stretches.

The Thang:

We ran figure 8’s around the skate park with 8 stops. At each stop we did8 reps of an exercise and then a static hold until all PAX had done the exercise. Then on to the next stop….

1st round: push-ups and hold plank

2nd round: sumo squats and hold squat

Before we ran the 3rd round (and did more planking) we knocked out the plank challenge: 83 second plank done!

3rd round: dips and hold reverse plank

After round 3 we did a few standing abs together and finished the workout with the 50-40-30-20-10 rotating single leg jump rope .
