7s on the Hill:

Prisoner Squats at the bottom

Star Jacks at the top


Travel to parking lot.  Each Pax has a parking space.  30 seconds Exercise, 10 seconds Rest.  Each exercise x 2 rounds

1- Box Sprints

2- Squat Jumps (jump feet on line, jump feet out)

3- In, In, Out, Out

4- Ski Jumps

5- Skater jumps


Mosey to the stairs near the playground.  30 seconds on, 10 seconds rest

1- Push ups

2- Mountain Climbers

3- Alternating Leg lifts

Jog back to Ninja Course for abs.
