Warm up- arm circles, good mornings, high knees, slow run around pickle

The Thang-

Took our weights to the other parking lot.  Completed 7s across the parking lot.

Round 1:

Tricep dip (twice) then bring one knee at a time up to your chest- that is one rep.

Bear crawl across the parking lot

Decline pushups

Run back to the other side of the parking lot

Continue until finished (1:6, 2:5, 3:4, 4:3, 5:7, 6:1)

Round 2

Holding one weight lunge pulse right leg twice then kick right leg up behind you, switch and complete on left leg pulse twice kick left leg up behind you.(this is one rep)

Crab walk across the parking lot

Holding one weight above your head sumo squat down.  When you come up take weight down in front of you- to stomach straight arms and then back up.

Run back across the parking lot

Continue until finished (1:6, 2:5, 3:4, 4:3, 5:7, 6:1)

Round 3

Shoulder taps (HC)

Slide lunge across the parking lot or plank walk

Jump Squats with one weight

Slide lunge across the parking lot or plank walk back

Continue until finished (1:6, 2:5, 3:4, 4:3, 5:7, 6:1)

Grabbed our weights and returned back to our mats.  Completed 70 American hammers, 35 LBCs and 35 leg lifts.  Today is my mom’s 70th birthday so we did 7s for her special day.
