jogged to stairs and partnered up

300 squats at bottom of stairs together while each partner ran up and down stairs

same thing 200 side lunges

same thing 100 jump lunges ( each partner did 100–good work girls!)

jogged back to parking lot again working in partners (one partner is the timer walking or jogging with weight while other partner does exercise)

exercises were shoulder presses,bicep curls, push ups, tricep extensions and burpees— we cycled through these twice each while each partner jogged with weight

10 mins of lower abs (30 secs on and 10 secs rest)
