jogged to stairs and partnered up

one partner ran stairs while other partner did exercise. Teams did 300 squats, 200 side lunges and 100 jump lunges (each— great job ladies!)

jogging back to senior center parking lot  and partnered up again… one partner jogged with weights 3/4 length of parking lot while other partner did exercise ( shoulder presses, bicep curls, tricep extensions, push ups, burpees)… cycled twice though exercises
