6- Speed Skaters

7- Push ups

Run back to our mats:  7 exercises 22 reps

1- Star Jacks

2- Ab Solutions

3- Figure 4 Squat (other leg)

4- Sparky Crabs

5- Imperial Walkers

6- Prisoner Squat

7- Carolina Dry Dock

Repeat

Hold Plank.  Go around the circle each Pax doing 2 pushups.  We went around 8-9 times in 2 minutes.
