The Thang: 3 rounds each set of exercises. 1st Round: 1 min/exercise; 2nd round: 45 sec/exercise; 3rd round: 30sec/exercise

Round 1:

  • Squats
  • Bent over rows
  • High Knees

Round 2:

  • Alternating curtsy lunges
  • Bicep curls
  • Skaters

Round 3:

  • Deadlift with upright row
  • Lateral Raises
  • Air Jump Rope

Round 4:

  • Lateral/side lunges
  • Overhead Press
  • Butt Kickers

Round 5:

  • Alternating Reverse Lunges
  • Tricep extensions
  • Jumping Jacks
