After the disclaimer and a quick warm up we moseyed to the front of the library. We split into two groups so while one group was doing 10 of an exercise the other was doing the cardio and then we would swap.

10 australian pull ups – toe taps

10 Donkey kicks – skaters

10 burpees – single leg hops

10 Plyo push ups – single leg hops

10 Box jumps – jumping jacks

Run the pickle around the library, then repeat. We completed 5 rounds for 50 of each exercise! Moseyed back to our cars for some quick balance work. 1 min each side: Half kneeling holds with arms over head and Warrior III.
