Warm-up: Good mornings, arm circles, butt kicks, big arm circles, high knees, jumping jacks and run the pickle!

The 5K – – 6 laps + some for 3.1 miles around the Hunter Street track. Forrest WON!!!! She ran the 5K in 21 minutes and some change!!! Incredible!!! AWESOME WORK Ladies!!! So PROUD of all of you!!!

Once everyone finished running, they came back to do the following workout until all runners/walkers were done:

50 Squats, 40 Jumping Jacks, 30 Squat Jumps, 20 Lunges each leg, 10 Inch Worms and 5 Burpees, then REPEAT!

Core work: 20 leg lifts and 20 LBC’s
