Everyone was coming in on two wheels. After we got set up, it was 5:45 on the dot. We welcomed our FNG (Maura) started with the standard FiA Disclaimer, and got to work with the warm-up: good mornings, inch worms into the world’s greatest stretch, arm circles, helps, JJ IC, toy soldiers, and butt kickers.

The THANG (was recycled from Tiny Boots)

  • 5 minutes of work:
  • 1 minute of burpees
  • 1 minute of j. jacks
  • 1 minute of squats with punches
  • 1 minute of high knees
  • 1 minute of skaters

Run the pickle

  • 4 minutes of work:
  • 1 minute of walking lunges
  • 1 minute of mtn. climbers
  • 1 minute of walking lunges
  • 1 minute of mtn. climbers

Run the Pickle

After we grabbed water and caught our breath, we jumped right into our 3rd section

  • 3 Minutes of work:
  • 10 pushups (pax counted OYO)
  • 10 hallelujah (pax counted OYO)
  • Rinse and repeat for 3 minutes, and definitely heard some complaining during this section.

PICKLE TIME

  • 2 minutes of work:
  • 30 seconds of squats
  • 30 seconds of squat jumps
  • 30 seconds of squats
  • 30 seconds of squat jumps

Last pickle of the night

  • 1 Minute of work:
  • 1 minute of plank

We ran out of time for any additional ab work because we needed to name our FNG. She gave us many ideas, but the one that kept rising to the top was her favorite Disney character, Dopey. She worked for Disney for several years. Welcome, Dopey; hope to see you again soon.
