Warm-up: Good mornings (10 OYO), Inch Worms (5 OYO), Arm circles, Toy Soldiers, run the pickle, and again with quick side steps (rotating back and forth) and knee grabbers.

FOUR CORNERS – The following were the workouts at each station. We broke up into groups of 4 and started the workout. Completed one time through each workout.

  2. 40 Squats
  3. 30 Hallelujahs
  4. 20 Glute Bridges

 

  1. 50 High knees (HC)
  2. 40 Mountain Climbers (HC)
  3. 30 Lunges (HC)
  4. 20 Plank Jacks

 

  1. 50 Jump Squats
  2. 40 Side Lunges (HC)
  3. 30 Dips
  4. 20 Burpees

 

  1. 50 Butt Kicks (HC)
  2. 40 LBC’s
  3. 30 Sumo Squats
  4. 20 Push-ups

Grabbed some water and ran the entire track at Hunter Street (1/2 a mile).

Came back for an ab burnout of full sit-ups and leg lifts. Then PAX Choice of Abs and how many – up to each lady.
