We warmed up with some of the usual suspects – good mornings, wind mills, toy soldiers, world’s greatest, jumping jacks and a run around the pickle.  Then I explained the Thang: 30 sec of 3 exercises in a row, then a 15 sec rest.

We had enough time to finish with Jack Webb – 1 push up/4 hallelujahs, 2 push up/8 hallelujahs….and on until you get 10 push ups and 40 hallelujahs.   It’s hard.  But we can do hard things together….thanks for joining me!
