A minute isn’t’ too long is it? For the first five minutes we did one minute of high knees, jumping jacks, front kicks, more jumping jacks, and running in place.

The next four minutes we alternated walking lunges and mountain climbers as we moved toward a parking lot light so the Q could see the “Winkie” (F3 name of the plan).

For three minutes we split the time doing Hill Billies and Imperial Walkers

Two minutes was a combination of calf raises and toy soldiers and…

One minute of plank!

For the second set we partnered up but split up…one partner was at one end of the parking lot and the other partner was at the opposite end. We did 25 repetitions of five different exercises (dips, push ups, squats, donkey kicks, and starbursts). After the first exercise we speed walked to the middle to meet our partner and did five burpees. Once completed we ran all the way to the opposite side of the parking lot and then returned to our original places. Twenty five burpees in all and we put 1.4 on the mileage tracker.

Back at our mats we did 25 LBC’s and right and left obliques. With just a few minutes left, we did our go around while we stretched. Breezy started us off with a cobra stretch followed by right and left pigeon stretches.

Inspiration today comes from a quote from Ruth Bader Ginsburg. On creating change she said “…But if you want to be a true professional, you will do something outside yourself..something that makes life a little better for people less fortunate than you.”
