Warm Up: 

In honor of Mary Lou’s 4oth birthday this workout is dedicated to her with all the 40 things 🙂

Motivator

Jumping Jack Routine – Count down from 10 reps

10 full Jumping Jacks

10 Jumping jacks where arms only raise as high as shoulders

10 JJ with hands on hips

10 straight jumps up and down….

then 9, repeat counting down until you get to 1

Deconstructed Burpee:

40 sec: Froggers

40 sec Push Ups

40 sec Bobby Hurleys

40 sec Burpee

The Thang:

4 Corners 40’s

Divide into 4 groups, 1 group at each corner. Two sets of exercises. Start w/ 30/10, and complete 25/15, 20/20, 15/25, 10/30, then run a lap. 

Return to corner. When everyone has completed their corner, rotate!

 

Corner 1 Hillbillies HC / Toy Soldiers HC

 

Corner 2 Curb Squats / Calf Raises

 

Corner 3 Shoulder Taps HC / Dips

 

Corner 4 Hallelujahs / LBC’s

Abs:

40 seconds of flutter kicks & scissor kicks

COT: Find someone who could use a pick me up and figure out a way to pick them up.
