It was my birthday along with Blades and Poster Child, so we warmed up by partnering with Catch Me If You can doing 10 plank jacks while the other partner ran the track and then catching up to your partner and switching. We stopped at the stairs and ran the rest of the way.

The Thang: we completed 2 exercises by doing 2 reps of each, 4 reps, 6 reps, 8 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps, 4 reps, 2 reps + 1 rep to equal 41. After 41, we completed a cardio exercise with 4 reps of one exercise in cadence and added a different exercise to count up to 10 rounds plus 1 to equal 41.

  • bicep curls/tricep kickbacks and jumping jacks/jump squat
  • standing chest fly/bent over rows and mountain climbers/push up
  • sumo squats/deadlifts and imperial walker/sumo squat
  • superwomans/tuck and extend abs and high knees/windmills
  • upright rows/overhead press and lunges/heismans
  • dead bugs/narwals

We ended by stretching on our own, Name-a-Rama, and COT.
