The Thang: 7’s

In the parking lot pick a parking space we will do one exercise on one side and move to the parking space across the lot to do the other exercise.  combined reps of both exercises will equal 7.  Moving across the lot you can choose to bear crawl, crab walk, or lunge walk.

Push up – Squat w/ press

Plank up& down- Deadlift to upright row

Full sit up- Front arm rows

Burpee- Tricep kickback

Donkey kick- Weighted skate lunge
