We started with warm up- Good mornings, Toy soldiers, Inchworm, Jumping jacks, and Hamstring stretches.

The Thang-  3 Rounds of 3 exercises for 1 minute each followed by 1-minute cardio.

Round 1:

Squat with shoulder press

Deadlift with weight

Lunge walk with tricep, bicep, and shoulder press

Cardio- jumping jacks

Round 2:

Inchworm with weighted row

Runners stretch with weighted press

Burpee with bicep curl

Cardio- high knees

Round 3:

Chest press

Full sit up with weight

Russian twist with weight

Ran out of time and couldn’t get to our butt buster or plank sets but we had fun on this rainy morning.
