The Thang – Pax took turns counting:

 

Circuit 1 (with bands)- 30 each leg/set: Standing Leg Abductions, Standing Hip Extensions and Bicep Curls (standing or on one knee).

Cardio Circuit 1: 20 Jumping Jacks, 20 Squats, 20 push-ups and 20 LBC’s

 

Circuit 2 (with bands)- 30 each leg/set: Standing Hamstring Curls, Overhead Outward Push and Lying

Bent Leg Abductions.

Cardio Circuit 2: 20 Jumping Jacks, 20 Squats, 20 push-ups and 20 LBC’s

 

Circuit 3 (with bands)- 30 each leg/set: Leg Curls (lying on stomach), Scapular Retractions and Lying Lateral Leg Raises.

Cardio Circuit 3: 20 Jumping Jacks, 20 Squats, 20 push-ups and 20 LBC’s

 

Circuit 4 (with bands)- 30 each leg/set: Ankle Squat Jacks, Donkey Kicks and Lat Pulldown.

Cardio Circuit 4: 20 Jumping Jacks, 20 Squats, 20 push-ups and 20 LBC’s

 

Circuit 5 (with bands)- 30 each leg/set: Squat Jumps, Standing Glute Kick Backs/Pulses and Glute Bridges.

Cardio Circuit 5: 20 Jumping Jacks, 20 Squats, 20 push-ups and 20 LBC’s
