The Thang:
divide into 2 groups – while group 1 completes 7’s, Group 2 completes 10 reps of each exercise alternating until Group 1 is complete. Swap & Repeat

Travel up to the skate park

7’s on the path: Blast off Push Ups, Raggedy Anns  | Other group: Punches, Upper Cuts, Hallelujahs

Travel to the stairs – 7’s on the stairs Monkey Humpers, Push ups | Other Group: Split Squats, Shoulder Taps, Hillbillies  

Back to the parking lot:
7’s: Burpees, Sparky Crabs | Other Group: Jumping Jacks, Stiletto Squats, Dips

Abs: Pax choice 30 sec rounds
